H1N1 FLU VIRUS

H1N1 flu virus is a strain of influenza that usually affects pigs, but can also make people sick.  It is a respiratory illness that causes symptoms much like those of the regular seasonal influenza.

We are aware of the situation and continue to monitor it and recommend you visit the Sudbury & District Health Unit for updates.  We are in communication with the SDHU and will notify the public if further measures are required.

For Further Information  and updates please follow this link to the Sudbury & District Health Unit website.
