Our fire season has begun, it starts April 1st and runs until October 31st. During this time a burn permit is required. The burn permits are valid throughout the fire season, unless a fire ban is on, and are free to get from the town office. Come stop by and get your burn permit and copy of the by-law. Fire safety is important and being informed of the by-law is crucial to being fire safe in the Town of Gore Bay.
